My Story

I’m Haileselassie Balcha, the founder of Sky Lens Creates. Born in Ethiopia and raised in Uganda, I discovered my love for photography when I picked up my first camera. What started as a hobby soon turned into a lifelong passion.

In 2012, I moved to the United States and immersed myself in the world of videography. I taught myself the art of filming, mastered the intricacies of editing, and honed my skills in landscape and portrait photography. Investing in high-quality equipment, I created captivating social media content and took on numerous side gigs that elevated my expertise.

My commitment to excellence led me to earn a certificate from a technical college, refining my craft and mastering the finer details of visual storytelling. Today, I channel my extensive knowledge and experience into every project at Sky Lens Creates, ensuring that each piece of work meets the highest standards.
